People & Project Leader — Industry Agnostic, Tech-Forward

I lead people, programs, and client relationships across technology, retail operations, and community impact. Wherever the industry, my work is the same: build trust, create clarity, and turn complexity into forward motion — with AI and digital tools as force multipliers, not shortcuts.

ABOUT

What Drives Me

"I do not accept 'that's just how it is' when something can be made clearer, fairer, safer, or more effective."

I've spent my career leading — retail operations across multiple locations, technology implementations, community programs — and the constant across every one of them has been people. I build the trust and structure that let teams and clients move from uncertainty to action, regardless of industry. An early experience at a startup incubator in Sweden taught me that great outcomes come from getting the right people around a shared purpose. That's carried through every role since: the relationships I build with teams and clients tend to outlast the project itself.

HOW I WORK

The conditions for better work

Clarity before activity

I create enough structure for people to understand the objective, their role and the decisions ahead.

Participation builds better systems

Whether I'm leading a delivery team, managing a client relationship, or running daily operations, the same conditions make the difference:

Technology should strengthen judgment

Tools should expand human capability without hiding accountability.

AI as a Force Multiplier, Not a Shortcut

I use AI as an agentic collaborator, not as a substitute for judgment. It helps me structure information, explore patterns, challenge assumptions and work at a scale one person could not manage alone. I remain accountable for the questions, decisions, context and human consequences.

EXPERIENCE

Selected Work and Impact

My career spans technology delivery, multi-site retail leadership, and community impact — different industries, same core skill: building the relationships and structure that turn intent into outcomes.

Grantbook | Salesforce Implementation and Client Delivery

At Grantbook, I managed Salesforce implementation delivery for social impact organizations — translating organizational needs into practical plans, coordinating clients and technical teams, and staying the trusted point of contact through scope changes and competing priorities.

Trufla | Product Delivery in a Scaling Technology Company

I worked across product, operations, and project delivery in a fast-moving insurtech environment, turning customer and business needs into executable work and introducing structure where priorities and responsibilities were still evolving.

United Way of Calgary and Area | Community Investment and Operational Clarity

I coordinated funding opportunities, report-backs, prospect research, and internal systems supporting community impact work — contributing to a successful $180,140 funding request plus roughly $21,000 in matching support, and expanding a priority foundation prospect list to 34 organizations.

Hugo Boss | Multi-Site Retail Operations & People Leadership

At Hugo Boss, I led operations across up to 8 locations and teams of up to 105 employees, managing roughly $32M in annual revenue. I administered SAP SuccessFactors as our learning platform, building development paths for the team. The throughline: set clear expectations, build capability, and create systems people can succeed inside — a philosophy that's carried into every role since.

Community CITI-zen Advisor | Career Development Rooted in Dignity

I mentored professionals building new careers in Canada — resumes, LinkedIn, interviews, Agile and PM pathways — helping people recognize the value of experience they already had.

Across every role — running a region, delivering a technology implementation, or investing in a community — my job has been the same: see the whole system, decide what happens next, and build the path to get there.
