Throughout my career, I've been drawn to environments where priorities compete, information is incomplete, and meaningful outcomes depend on bringing people together.Whether supporting technology implementations, leading operational transformation, mentoring professionals entering new careers, or advancing community impact initiatives, my work has always centred on the same goal: creating clarity, building trust, and helping people move from ideas to action.An early experience at a startup incubator in Sweden showed me the power of connecting innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and communities around a common purpose. Since then, I've carried that lesson into every role: helping organizations navigate complexity while never losing sight of the humans inside the system.
